|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , well beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned flaked tuna||14 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)|
Mix biscuit mix with wheat germ.
Add egg beaten with milk.
Fold in tuna.
Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot shallow fat (360°F.
on frying thermometer) and fry until golden-brown, turning once.
Serve with chili sauce if desired.
