Sugared Apple Fritters
|Apples||4 Large, peeled, cored and cut into 4-inch thick rings|
|Vanilla sugar||125 Gram (1/2 Cup)|
|Fritter batter||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Frying oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Confectionery sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Dip the apples rings into the vanilla sugar and then coat them in the batter.
Heat the fat to 375°F (190°C) and fry the apple rings for about 4 minutes or until they are golden.
Drain well, sprinkle over the sugar and serve.
