Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  American cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Pike/Bass 12 Pound
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Spread onion and half the cheese over bottom of baking dish.
Place fish on top and cover with remaining cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
Bake in hot oven (425° F.) 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
