Macaroni And Tomato Fritters Vegetarian
|Green chilies||5 Gram|
|Ginger piece||1 Small|
|Bengal gram flour||55 Gram|
|Oil||30 Milliliter (For Frying, Absorption)|
1. Boil macaroni by the absorption method.
2. Cook tomatoes and pass through a sieve.
3. Make a thick batter with gram flour and water. Add tomato pulp, finely chopped onions, green chillies and ginger. Add cooked macaroni and salt. Mix well.
4. Heat oil. Drop teaspoonsfui into hot oil, when brown remove. Drain and serve with chutney.
