Ingredients
  Cooked creamy corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients and drop by tablespoons into hot deep fat (375°F.
on a frying thermometer).
Fry until golden brown and done, turning once.
Drain.
