|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)|
Toss bananas and apples in lemon juice; arrange on a serving plate with pineapple.
To make batter, sift flour and salt into a bowl.
Beat in egg then gradually add milk to make a smooth batter.
The fritters are cooked at the table by spearing the fruit with a fondue fork, dipping it in batter then deep-frying it in hot oil in the fondue pot.
Drain each fritter on paper towels, then dip in cinnamon sugar before eating.
