Time Saver Corn Fritters

Ingredients
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Whole grain corn 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs) (Cooked / Canned)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sifted all purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat/Salad oil 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat egg yolks until light, then add the corn, seasonings and flour.
Lastly fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat in a skillet.
Cook on both sides until brown and done.
Serve with butter or margarine, syrup or jam, as desired.
