Time Saver Corn Fritters
|Eggs||3 , separated|
|Whole grain corn||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs) (Cooked / Canned)|
|Sifted all purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fat/Salad oil||6 Tablespoon|
Beat egg yolks until light, then add the corn, seasonings and flour.
Lastly fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat in a skillet.
Cook on both sides until brown and done.
Serve with butter or margarine, syrup or jam, as desired.
