|Southern fried flavor||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Packet, 43 Gram Homepride Coat And Cook)|
|Coat and cook southern fried flavor||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Packet, 43 Gram Homepride)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Trim the cauliflower and divide it into 25 to 30 florets.
Cook in boiling salted water for 7 to 10 minutes or until just tender.
Drain and allow to cool.
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
In a bowl, beat together the egg, egg white and a pinch of salt, until frothy.
Sift the flour into another bowl and spread the Southern Fried flavour Coat & Cook on a plate.
Dip each floret in the flour, then into the egg mixture and then roll in the Coat & Cook until well coated.
When all the florets are coated, place them in a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan and chopped parsley, mixed together, and serve hot.
