Cheesy Corn Fritters
|Sweet corn kernels||8 Ounce (250 Gram)|
|Flour||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Mix together the corn, flour, sugar, salt and pepper to taste, the eggs and cheese.
Heat the oil until it reaches 185 °C /360 °F or until a small cube of stale bread dropped into the oil turns golden in 50 seconds.
Drop a few tablespoonsful of the corn mixture into the oil.
Fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until the fritters are golden brown.
Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper towels.
Keep hot while you fry the remaining fritters in the same way.
