This Thai sweet potato fritter recipe is a snack with a difference. A quick and easy recipe that you could make in minutes. Now you no longer need to worry about unannounced guests. Treat them to snacks that are delicious, to say the least.
Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 2 Pound
  Coconut milk 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tapioca flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooking oil 3 Cup (48 tbs), for frying
Directions

Make a batter with the coconut milk, sesame seeds, sugar, salt, all purpose flour and tapioca flour. Mix well to make a smooth paste.
Wash and peel potato. Slice them as desired. Take 3 cups of cooking oil in a wok. Dip potato slices one by one into the batter. Deep fry potato slices till golden brown. Take out and drain excess oil. Serve and enjoy.
