Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
  Orange juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Sift together flour and baking powder.
Beat eggs well; add orange juice to eggs.
Stir in flour mixture and blend well.
Holding stem, dip umbels into batter and deep fry at 375°F.until golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar.
