|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Minced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Blend milk and eggs and add to flour mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Drop by tablespoon into deep hot fat (365°F on frying thermometer).
Fry for about 3 minutes; turn once.
