Ingredients
  Cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Crackers/Sliced bread 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)
Directions

In a food processor, combine the cheese with the garlic, wine and a big grinding of black pepper.
Process for about 30 seconds, until creamy but not too soft.
Taste and add salt if desired.
Pack the mixture into small containers.
Serve cold with crackers, or spread on bread and broil for a few minutes until the cheese is browned and fragrant.
