|Boiling water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Strong coffee||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Cold)|
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water and set it aside to cool.
Whip the cream until it is stiff, folding in the sugar and coffee.
Add the cooled gelatin to the whipped-cream mixture and pour it into a mold or individual serving dishes.
Chill it until set.
Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
