Choux Fritters

Ingredients
  Water 500 Milliliter
  Butter 200 Gram
  Flour 300 Gram
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (A Little)
  Eggs 8
  Cooking oil 300 Milliliter
  Sugar 100 Gram
Directions

Add butter and salt to the water and boil.
Remove from heat.
Add the sifted flour all at once while you continuously stir with a spatula until it doesn't stick to the pan any more.
Next add the eggs one by one to make a dough.
Allow to cool.
Heat the cooking oil and fry small balls of the dough until they turn yellow.
Coat the fritters with icing sugar
