Triple Corn Fritters

Ingredients
  All purpose flour/Unbleached flour 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Canned cream style corn 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Green Giant Brand Golden)
  Canned whole kernel corn 12 Ounce, drained (1 Can, Green Giant Niblets Brand , Golden)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In medium bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar and salt.
In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil and cream style corn.
Blend in dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Stir in whole kernel corn.
In deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan drop batter by tablespoonfuls and fry in 2-3 inches hot fat (365T.) for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
