Quick Macaroni Fritters
|Quick cooking macaroni||2 Ounce|
|Grated cheese||4 Ounce|
|Condensed celery soup/Condensed tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Fat||1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (For Frying)|
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for 7 minutes.
Beat eggs and cheese and seasoning.
Mix in macaroni.
Heat fat in frying pan and drop in spoonfuls of this mixture.
Fry until crisp and golden, turn and brown other side.
Drain and serve with salad or can of undiluted soup.
