Assorted Fruit Fritters

|Firm bananas||4 , peeled|
|Pineapple slice||4 (Use Fresh)|
|All-purpose flour||1 Tablespoon (For Dusting)|
|Cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon (About 1 Milliliter)|
|All purpose flour||500 Milliliter (About 2 Cups)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (About 1 Milliliter)|
|Milk||165 Milliliter (About 2/3 Cup)|
|Cold water||165 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Used For Deep Frying)|
|Icing sugar||1 Tablespoon|
1 Cut fruit into serving pieces. Combine flour and cinnamon and lightly dust fruit.
2 To Make Batter: Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Combine milk and water, and beat into flour to form a smooth batter. Strain before using.
3 Dip fruit into batter and fry in hot oil to cover until golden. Drain well. Arrange on serving platter. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
