Assorted Fruit Fritters has a great taste. The mango, banana and pineapple gives the Assorted Fruit Fritters a fine taste.
Ingredients
  Firm mango 1 Large, peeled
  Firm bananas 4 , peeled
  Pineapple slice 4 (Use Fresh)
  All-purpose flour 1 Tablespoon (For Dusting)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon (About 1 Milliliter)
  All purpose flour 500 Milliliter (About 2 Cups)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (About 1 Milliliter)
  Milk 165 Milliliter (About 2/3 Cup)
  Cold water 165 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Used For Deep Frying)
  Icing sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Cut fruit into serving pieces. Combine flour and cinnamon and lightly dust fruit.
2 To Make Batter: Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Combine milk and water, and beat into flour to form a smooth batter. Strain before using.
3 Dip fruit into batter and fry in hot oil to cover until golden. Drain well. Arrange on serving platter. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
