Apple Breakfast Fritters
|Apple||1 Medium, peeled and cored|
|Bread slice||1 , cut into pieces|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Artificial sweetener||4 Teaspoon (Equal 4 Teaspoons Sugar)|
Grate apple and set aside.
Combine all ingredients, except apple, in blender or mixing bowl.
Blend or beat with electric mixer until mixture is smooth.
Fold in grated apple; mix well.
Drop by tablespoons onto a hot non-stick skillet.
Cook on both sides to a golden brown.
