|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Finely chopped zucchini||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable shortening||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine milk, egg, and zucchini; add to dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
Drop from tablespoon into deep vegetable shortening heated to 375° .
Fry, a few at a time, until golden, 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain on paper toweling.
