Baked Chili Fries

Crispy and crunchy with a bold, spicy flavor, these Baked Chili Fries would be perfect served alongside a juicy burger hot off the grill!

Ingredients

Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Baking potatoes 3 , cut into wedges
Cooking spray 1 Dash
For serving
Catsup 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ranch salad dressing 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

MAKING

2. In a large plastic zipping bag, combine chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt and olive oil.

3. Squeeze and rub the bag from outside to mix all the spices.

4. Add in the potato wedges, seal the bag properly and shake vigorously until the wedges get well coated.

5. In a aluminium foil lined baking sheet and sprayed with non-stick spray, place the potato wedges and spread.

6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet, turn the wedges and continue to bake for 15 minutes more, until they are tender and golden.

SERVING

7. Serve hot with ranch salad dressing and catsup on side.
