|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan cheese/Packaged salad dressing mix / crushed cornflakes / bread crumbs / sesame seed||2 Tablespoon|
1 Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2 Cut the potatoes lengthwise into eighths.
3 Evenly brush the wedges with egg white.
4 Sprinkle the wedges with the seasonings and bread crumbs.
5 Bake on a baking sheet for 30 to 35 minutes.
6 Serve hot.
