Oven Steak Fries

Ingredients
  Russet potatoes 5 , with skins, cut into thin wedges
  Extra-virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon (Eyeball It)
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon (Eyeball It)
  Steak seasoning blend/Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 Tablespoon (Such As Montreal Seasoning By Mccormick)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to high.

MAKING
2. On a cookie sheet spread out cut potatoes and coat them with olive oil, dried herbs and steak seasoning or salt and pepper.
3. To the corners of the cookie sheet spread potatoes and cook in a very hot oven for 25 minutes, turning them once, halfway in the cooking process.

SERVING
4. Serve as desired.
