Crinkle Cut Oven Fries
|Baking potatoes||3 (Peeled)|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
Using crinkle-edged cutter or garnishing knife, slice potatoes 1/4 inch (5 mm) thick.
Place on greased broiler rack; brush with half of the oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Broil for 8 minutes.
Turn and brush with remaining oil; broil for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp.
