Cottage Fries With Onions And Garlic
|Idaho potatoes||4 , scrubbed (unpeeled)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||8 Clove (40 gm), sliced|
|Onions||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
Cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch rounds.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and saute the potatoes, garlic, and onions until the potatoes are done through and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
