Ingredients
  Idaho potatoes 4 , scrubbed (unpeeled)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm), sliced
  Onions 2 Medium, thinly sliced
Directions

Cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch rounds.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and saute the potatoes, garlic, and onions until the potatoes are done through and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
