Chili Fries

Ingredients
  Baking potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips (peeled)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon (dried)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

Preheat oven to 450°.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss well.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake at 450° for 35 minutes or until potatoes are golden.
