2 Tablespoon (I Used Parmesan, Romano And Asiago Blend By Kraft)
Ground red pepper
1 Dash (I Used A Pizza Hut Packet)
1 Tablespoon (Extra Virgin)
Preheat the oven to 475
Place the egg whites in a shallow dish
In the ziplock bag combine the breadcrumbs, salt, cheese and red pepper
Dip 3 zucchini sticks at a time in the egg and then place them in the bag. Shake it up until well coated.
Place the zucchini sticks in a single layer on the cookie sheet
Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the zucchini sticks
Bake for 5 minutes then flip the zucchini and bake for 5 minutes more until crispy.
