|Peanut oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fresh ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Chervil||1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), cut into sticks|
Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except potatoes.
Turn over until potatoes are evenly coated with mixture.
In a roasting pan, spread a single layer of potato sticks.
Cook in oven around 30 minutes or until fries are browned.
Turn over 3-4 times during cooking.
