  Onion 4 Ounce, diced
  Potato 3 Ounce, cooked and diced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

In heavy preheated or non-stick skillet, cook onion in water to cover till soft; let water evaporate and brown onion.
Add cooked potatoes and "fry" till brown, turning often.
Season with salt and pepper.
