MAKING 1 In a blender or food processor add the margarine and shrimp process to form a stiff paste. 2 Add rest of the ingredients and blend well to mix. 3 Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. SERVING 4 Use as required.
Grind shrimp then cream with margarine. Add seasonings mix thoroughly. Chill. Remove Shrimp Pate from mold to serving plate. Surround base with tiny shrimp or the chopped parsley or fresh lemon wedges edged with paprika.
