Crab Au Gratin

Crab au gratin is a filling and healthy snack that can be made served on a family night or even for small get-togethers. Crab au gratin can be made with cheese, vegetables like minced onions, parsley or celery along with butter, flour and milk. The ingredients are cooked and the cheese is added as a topping. Toasted and buttered bread slices can be served with the crab au gratin to be used for dipping.
