French Lemon Pie
French Lemon Pie has an Exceptional taste. The eggs and lemon juice gives the French Lemon Pie Bracing taste.
|Vegetable shortening pastry||1 (For 1 Crust Pie)|
|Light corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Line 9 inch pie plate with pastry; flute edge.
In medium bowl, beat eggs well; add corn syrup, lemon peel, lemon juice, and melted butter.
Combine sugar and flour; stir into egg mixture.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
