Hollandaise Sauce has a Diverse taste. The eggs and lemon juice gives the Hollandaise Sauce Exciting taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , slightly beaten
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat butter; stir in flour.
Cook 1 minute.
Add milk; whisk until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Whisk in egg yolks; cook 1 minute.
Stir in lemon juice; season to taste.
