Classic Quiche Lorraine
|9 inch pastry shell||1|
|Grated swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fines herbs||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Pierce pastry shell.
Cook on roast (7) for 4 to 6 minutes or just until brown spots begin to appear.
Sprinkle baked crust with cheese and onion.
In small bowl beat eggs; add cream and seasonings.
Pour eggs and cream into crust.
Sprinkle bacon on top.
Cook on medium (5) for 15 to 20 minutes or until center is firm.
