Ingredients
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cultured buttermilk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Stir the cream and buttermilk together in a glass or ceramic bowl.
Cover the bowl loosely and let it stand in a warm place for 12 to 24 hours until the contents have thickened.
Stir the creme fraiche, cover and chill until ready to use.
