|Slivered almonds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sole fillets||1 Pound|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
In baking dish, cook butter on roast (7) for 2 minutes or until melted.
Stir in almonds.
Cook on high (9) for 6 minutes or until almonds are golden brown, stirring twice during cooking.
Add fish fillets and sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley.
Cover, cook on high (9) for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish can be flaked with a fork; turn dish once during cooking.
Season, as desired, with salt and pepper.
