French Toast

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Milk/Cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Bread slice 8 (Use White Or Whole Wheat)
Directions

Combine eggs with milk, sugar, and salt in a shallow dish or pie pan.
Dip bread slices one at a time into egg mixture, coating each side well.
Transfer to a skillet which has been preheated with some of the butter.
Brown slices over medium heat, turning once.
Add butter as needed to keep slices from sticking.
Serve with butter, maple syrup, honey, jam, or confectioners' sugar.
