Broccoli Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Frozen broccoli spears 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese/Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In original package, with outer wrapper removed, cook broccoli on high (9) for 3 minutes.
Open package; separate stalks to allow remaining ice crystals to dissolve and cook on high (9) for 3 minutes longer.
Set aside.
In glass casserole, cook butter on roast (7) for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
Stir in flour, then milk.
Cover; cook on roast (7) for 4 to 5 minutes or until thick, stirring once during cooking.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add broccoli; sprinkle with bread crumbs and cook on roast (7) for 2 minutes longer.
