Crepe Filling

Ingredients
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Purple Colored)
  Finely chopped hard cooked eggs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black caviar 2 Ounce
  Caviar 2 Ounce (Golden Colored)
  Dill sprigs 10 (For Garnish)
  Lemon wedges 10 (For Garnish)
Directions

In medium size bowl, combine sour cream, onion, eggs and black pepper.
With small rubber spatula, gently fold caviar into sour cream mixture.
Spread mixture evenly over crepe leaving a 1 inch border around edges.
Beginning at short end, carefully roll crepe.
