Dill French Bread
|French bread loaf||1|
|Softened butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dill seed||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cut loaf of bread into 3/4 inch slices.
Toast slices on one side under broiler.
Turn and spread untoasted sides with a mixture of the remaining ingredients.
Place under broiler, with tops 3 to 4 inches from source of heat, until bubbly and toasted around the edges.
