Cheese Cereal Souffle

Ingredients
  Shredded canadian cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper/Paprika / mace 1 Dash
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cooked cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Milk 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Eggs 2 , separated
Directions

Combine cheese, mustard, salt, pepper and cornstarch.
Add butter and milk to cereal, add the dry ingredients and beaten egg yolks.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into oiled casserole.
Set casserole in pan of hot water.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes until firm at 350F (180C).
