Chicken Breasts With Ratatouille
|Chicken breast halves||4 Large, skinned and boned|
|Grated parmesan cheese||4 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Corn oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Ratatouille base||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Sprinkle chicken breasts with pepper.
Saute in hot oil over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
Spread half of the ratatouille on bottom of shallow baking dish; top with chicken breasts; top breasts with remaining ratatouille, making sure they are well covered.
Sprinkle with cheese.
