Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Lean ham 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Pint
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Getting ready
1.Start by slicing the onion
MAKING
2.In a saucepan, place the fat, onion, and ham and slightly brown the onion and ham in it
3.Now add the flour and mix properly then add milk
4.Keep stirring until it boils
5.Then cook over hot water for 10 minutes
6.Now add seasonings, strain the mixture and use
SERVING
7.Served as a key ingredient in lasagna
