French Beans With Hollandaise Sauce is a very delicious appetizer. The tabasco sauce, with hint of lemon makes French Beans With Hollandaise Sauce a perfect dish.
  French beans 1 3⁄4 Pound
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg yolks 5
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce To Taste
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Top and tail the beans and put in a dish with 1/2 cup (125 ml/4 fl oz) of water.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes on HIGH.
Whisk together the egg yolks, salt and pepper, a few drops of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of water in a Pyrex bowl.
Gradually whisk in a little of the foaming butter.
Heat on HIGH for 1 minute, remove and whisk again, gradually adding the remaining butter.
Return to the microwave for 1 minute on HIGH.
Whisk again.
Add the remaining lemon juice and zest (peel) and a drop of tabasco sauce.
Whisk well, and if the sauce has not thickened enough, return the bowl to the microwave for 30 seconds, whisking constantly.
Drain the beans, sprinkle with basil and return to the microwave.
Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
