Ingredients
  Turkey 1 Pound (Young Turkey)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting the turkey into serving pieces

MAKING
2.Season with salt
3.In a steamer, steam the seasoned turkey
4.Once steamed completely, let stand to cool
5.In a bowl, mix bread crumbs together
6.Dip the turkey pieces into the egg crumb mixture
7.In a frying pan, place the turkey pieces

SERVING
8.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with salads
