Turnip Souffle

Ingredients
  Turnip 1 Medium, cooked and mashed
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Buttered bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs and parsley.
Mix thoroughly.
Place in a buttered souffle dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, just before serving.
