Ingredients
  Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Red snapper/Other fish fillets / steaks 1 Pound
  Black pepper To Taste
  Ratatouille base 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Mild chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh coriander/Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Squeeze lime juice over fish.
Combine ratatouille base with chile, cinnamon, sherry and black pepper.
Place fish in shallow baking dish in single layer.
Top with ratatouille, making sure fish is covered.
Freeze.
