|Dry sherry||3 Tablespoon|
|Red snapper/Other fish fillets / steaks||1 Pound|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Ratatouille base||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Mild chili powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh coriander/Fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Squeeze lime juice over fish.
Combine ratatouille base with chile, cinnamon, sherry and black pepper.
Place fish in shallow baking dish in single layer.
Top with ratatouille, making sure fish is covered.
