Fillet Of Flounder Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Flounder fillets 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1⁄2
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 425F degrees
2.Also cut the fillets into serving pieces

MAKING
3.In a greased baking dish, place the fillet pieces
4.Meanwhile, in a bowl, melt butter, add flour and onion and blend properly
5.Now add bay leaf and chicken stock and simmer for 15 minutes, keep stirring until the mixture has thickened
6.Now remove the bay leaf, and then season the mixture with salt and pepper, also add lemon juice
7.Take this mixture and pour over the fillet pieces in the greased baking dish
8.Finally bake in the oven for 20 minutes

SERVING
9.Serve with fresh salad
