Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a frying pan, place the butter and brown it
2.Then add the other ingredients to the pan
3.Boil the ingredients together once
SERVING
4.This sauce is poured over fried fish or boiled fish
