  White fish/Fish head and trimmings 2 Pound
  Cold water 1 1⁄4 Quart
  Peppercorns 2
  Clove 1
  Parsley sprigs 3
  Bay leaf 1
  Carrot 1 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a pot, place all the ingredients and boil them

2.Serve over rice
